CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. DEPOSITS ARE LIMITED TO 1 TRANSFER HOWEVER, IT MUST BE RESCHEDULED 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I understand a 55% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. I understand that there is a 15min grace period. After 15min you will have the option to reschedule and a new deposit will be needed or I will lash you with the time you remainder of your appointment. (Might not cover all 100% of the lashes.) The full payment will still be charged afterwards.
